wwwWhen you come in to see us for an appointment, please bring a copy of all recent and relevant laboratory results and reports with you.  Also, please bring your list of medications, including dosages, and list of supplements.  This will help us help you more quickly.

 Insurance

Naturopathic Health Center accepts the following insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield (except Federal)
• Cigna
• Connecticare
• Healthy CT
• Husky  (Patients up to 19)
• Oxford United Health
• United Healthcare

We do NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid.

If your insurance is a plan is not listed above, you will need to pay out of pocket at the time of your visit and submit the medical bill to your insurance company or Flex plan for reimbursement.  Plans that offer out-of-network benefits may reimburse up to 80%.

We encourage all patients to call their insurance provider to verify coverage before their first appointment.
