Alice Bell, ND, MS, is a Connecticut-licensed Naturopathic Physician who treats patients using pharmaceutical grade supplements, botanical medicine, and therapeutic nutrition. She specializes in treating patients with Lyme disease and the associated co-infections, and other chronic diseases.
Dr Bell has a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and an MS in Human Nutrition. She has been in practice for more than 14 years and has offices in Southbury and Litchfield. She previously had offices in Shelton and Sandy Hook. She is certified in Firstline Therapy, a lifestyle management program for patients with diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Dr Bell was an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University, Westchester Community College, the University of Bridgeport, College of Mount Saint Vincent and Fairfield University for more than 10 years. She taught Anatomy & Physiology, Introduction to Nutrition, and other classes.
Dr Bell spent several years studying, practicing and teaching Sivananda yoga and meditation. Before becoming a Naturopath, she spent many years in the computer industry as a writer and manager.

Carolyn Graham, ND, RN seamlessly transitioned from a 35 year career as a Registered Nurse to become a Connecticut licensed naturopathic physician. She integrates conventional and natural therapies into patient care drawing from her extensive experience in critical care roles such as Intensive care unit and emergency flight nursing, as well as an IV nurse. She recognizes that natural and conventional medicines can successfully complement each other.
Dr. Graham is certified in First Line Therapy®. She has had extensive experience with detoxification, hydrotherapy and many other therapies. In addition, Dr. Graham, realizing a need for certain specialized treatments that may help improve the health of her patients, especially Lyme patients and those with auto immune issues, opened Pivotal Health LLC, a separate entity.
She has completed a year-long Environmental Medicine training offered by Walter Crinnion, ND. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine and has been in practice since 2008. She is an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Connecticut Naturopathic Physicians Association, and the National Association of Environmental Medicine.
