Carol Nadasen has been practicing therapeutic massage and bodywork since 2002. She recognizes and honors the body’s ability to heal itself. Integrative bodywork listens to what the body is asking for, and provides a unique session that can leave you feeling put back together. Carol has been dubbed “the muscle whisperer,” providing unusually effective bodywork and sometimes just the nudge your body needs to heal itself. Feeling better and regaining some range of motion can start a snowball of recovery. It takes a lot of energy to be in pain. Carol may be able to help you restore some of that energy.
